Hi, So i'm trying to install the 2004 update on my pc but everytime it freeze at 61% . cleaner, deleting everything in c:/windows/software distribution/download.

Looks like there is a drive update to resolve this now. For me it was stuck in Windows Update waiting for the Win 10 install to finish. I hit update in Device manager and successfully got past 61% at the very least. So for anyone who worries they'll forget to reinstall after the update, do this instead.
